We are seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape creative, collaborative approaches to supporting young people through multi-agency and multi-disciplinary partnerships.

The Zone is a leading organisation in Plymouth, recognised for delivering innovative, evidence-based services that support over 5,500 young people each year—many with complex and diverse needs.

We warmly welcome applications from individuals with diverse professional and lived experiences and are especially interested in candidates with expertise in the following areas:

• Human Resources

• Marketing and Communications

• Fundraising

• IT and Digital
